Founder’s Message

Grindstones Reflections is built on how I approach my work and my life.

It is built on being honest, communicating clearly, and doing what we say we will do. I take pride in the standards we hold and the effort we bring to every job.

I grew up in this industry. My dad founded Grindstones Australia in 2000, and I spent my weekends and school holidays on job sites, learning the trade from the ground up. That early exposure shaped the foundation I built Grindstones Reflections on.

I work with a small, trusted team who value quality, take pride in their craft, a nd care about delivering the right result.

We take ownership of our work and see it through until it is done right.

Looking ahead, the focus is on continuing to deliver high-end polished concrete for residential projects, while taking on larger commercial and government work with the same level of care and consistency. We are also focused on strengthening our systems

We believe the best results come from strong teamwork, clear communication and shared knowledge. That means working closely with each other and with our clients, builders, architects, designers and other trades. We continue to invest in training, stay involved in the industry and look for better ways to work and deliver.
