GRIND & SEAL

Grind & Seal is a practical, cost-effective finish that delivers a durable and attractive surface without the full polishing process.

The concrete is ground to the desired aggregate exposure, refined, detailed and cleaned before a protective sealer is applied. We offer two levels of finish depending on the required aesthetic, level of refinement and budget.

BUDGET FINISH

A streamlined grind and seal system focused on achieving the desired exposure, removing major gouges and preparing the surface for sealing. Some machining marks and natural imperfections may remain as part of the finish.

PREMIUM FINISH

Includes additional surface refinement, filling of cracks, holes and pinholes, detailed edge grinding and further finishing to create a more consistent and refined appearance before sealing.

Both systems are completed with a selected sealer system, with non-slip additives available to meet project requirements.
